Shipping, Payments, and Returns
Occupational Therapy Products:
From the time the order is placed please allow 8-10 business days to receive your item.
- Items may ship separately for faster shipping
- Orders placed after 7am est. on Friday will process the following Monday
- Purpose is not responsible for USPS delivery delays or lost shipments
- Custom orders: 8-12 business days to fulfill once the order is placed + shipping.
Original OT Objective Subscription Box:
*Purpose is not responsible for lost items, items sent out with incorrect addresses, items that are shipped back due to invalid addresses and/or packages marked as ‘unable to forward’ by USPS. *If items are sent back to Purpose from USPS for any reason, the customer is responsible for a $4.99 reshipment fee*
Sometimes packages can get lost through USPS. If the package is being shown as delivered to the address the customer provided, a claim must be filed through USPS. Once you send Purpose the proof of file claimed, we can offer a reshipment or refund. *Lost packages will be determined case by case*
The OT Objective Subscription Boxes are shipped the first and third weeks of April and November.
The Purpose Subscription Boxes for Seniors are shipped quarterly- February, May, August, and November.
Yes we do! Bulk orders must total $200 or more to qualify for discount pricing. Only current designs offered on our site are available for bulk discount purchase. Email email@example.com for more information!

OT Objective Subscription Box for OT Practitioners and Students:
- By Choosing to purchase the OT Objective Subscription Box with the Semi-Annual billing cycle, your card will be charged on the initial day of purchase and will be automatically recharged every 6 months afterwards. You will receive emails reminding you before your billing date and may cancel at any time if you wish.
- By choosing to purchase the OT Objective Subscription Box with the Annual billing cycle, your card will be charge on the initial day of purchase and then automatically renewed each year on the initial date of purchase. You will receive emails reminding you before your billing date and may cancel at any time if you wish.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
All returns and exchange shipping fees are strictly the customers responsibility. Some exceptions may apply at the customer service representatives discretion.
For apparel/accessory returns received within 30 days of purchase, we will credit your original form of payment. Store credit will only be issued for returns placed 30-60 days after the purchase date. After 60 days of the original purchase date, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.
All merchandise sent back for return must arrive to us in new condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered.) Any return received with any stains (such as makeup, deodorant, food, etc), pet hair, or smoke smell will be refused and returned back to you. If this is the case, you will be subject for a restocking fee and/or reshipment fee.
NO RETURNS/REFUNDS FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES/ONE-TIME PURCHASE BOXES
Ordered the wrong size or color? No problem! If you need the same item in a different size or color, pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging. Please enclose information on the new size or color you need or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with this information and tracking number of the exchanged item(s).

All merchandise sent back for exchange must arrive to us in New Condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered.) Any return received with any stains (such as make up, deodorant, food, etc), pet hair, or smoke smell with be refused and returned to you. If this is the case, you will be subject to a restocking fee and/or a reshipment fee.
Purpose is not responsible for “lost packages” that are sent back to us as returns and/or exchanges. If a return or exchange does not arrive back to us, the customer must show proof of tracking via a tracking number. No refunds or exchanges will be issued if we have no received the item(s). If tracking for a lost package is not provided, no type of credit will be issued.

*You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*If the product was damaged or the incorrect order, we will take care of shipping costs.
All items are inspected prior to packaging to ensure product quality; therefore, damaged items will not be accepted as returns or exchanges unless USPS marks the item as damaged in handling. Thank you for your understanding!
