Sponsor a Senior

By Sponsoring a Senior, your box(es) will be hand delivered to a resident in a nursing home or assisted living facility in northeast Ohio/ western Pennsylvania. Once your box is delivered, we will send you a personal email detailing who received your box and their picture (if possible!). You can choose to sponsor one time or for the entire year.

The Purpose Subscription Box is designed to improve health and reinforce meaningful connections. Boxes are sent throughout the year with themes such as Fine Motor, Strengthening, Cognition, and Self-Care with an option to include a message to the senior you are sponsoring!

Up to 5 full-sized products that are hand-picked by two certified occupational therapy assistants
